Steve's Shoes is independently owned and operated. We can only refund or exchange items purchased through our own website or in our own store. Full refund within 14 days, with box and unworn, undamaged shoes. All marked down Clearance shoes are FINAL SALE - (All sales final – no returns/exchanges).
